¼ cupStarter
75gAll Purpose Bread Flour
blue and white bag
50 g Whole Wheat Flour (dark red bag)
50gWhole Wheat Flour
dark red bag
125g warm water
125gwater
warm

Instructions

Step 1
Remove starter from the refrigerator if needed
Step 2
Discard all but approximately 1/4 cup (65 g)
Step 3
Mix ingredients together until well incorporated
Step 4
Cover and let rest at room temperature for 6-8 hours or until fully doubled
