Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, cream together the brown sugar, sugar, melted butter and egg until light in color and fluffy.
Step 2
Add in the vanilla extract.
Step 3
Sift in flour, matcha powder, baking soda, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4
Gently mix the wet ingredients until well combined.
Step 5
Add chopped macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
Step 6
Gently mix the nuts and chocolate chips into the dough. Chill the dough for 2 hours in the fridge.
Step 7
Place 2 tbsp of the cookie dough two inches apart on a tray lined with parchment paper. Make 3 tbsp cookies for large cookies. Bake at 350F.
Step 8
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden on the edges.
