Instructions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl beat the butter until it is light and fluffy. Add both sugars and beat well, scraping the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. In another bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda and mix. Add the oats, corn flakes, and the peanut butter and chocolate chips and mix until everything is incorporated. Now slowly add it to your butter, sugar and egg mixture.

Please do over mix, it will make your dough tough periodttt. Chill the dough in the fridge for at least a hour or up to 24 hours.

Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheets with parchment paper. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop these onto the pan. Leave at least a couple inches in between each ball of dough.

Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or until the cookies are golden on the edges. And Enjoy!!!
