Step 1:Cut chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces.

Roll diced chicken in batter a few pieces at a time, then add to hot oil and fry until golden brown.

In a small saucepan, heat honey on low until runny for 5-8 minutes.

Pour over chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
