Instructions

Step 1
Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet.
Step 2
Cook chicken in hot oil, in batches if necessary, in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes per side or until done.
Step 3
Meanwhile, stir together sweet and sour sauce, water, hoisin, garlic, and ginger paste in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes, stirring often. Serve chicken with sauce.
