Honey Garlic Chilli Chicken

Instructions
Step 1
Pat dry skin on chicken thighs and season both sides with salt.
Step 2
In a pan over medium heat, add a splash of oil and place the chicken thighs skin-side down. Once the skin is golden and crispy, flip and cook all the way through.
Step 3
While the chicken is cooking, mince a whole head of garlic (approx 8 cloves)
Step 4
Once chicken is fully cooked, transfer the chicken over a bed of rice.
Step 5
Deglaze the pan with sake and add the garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sambal. Allow the sauce to simmer over low heat until thick and syrupy.
Step 6
Spoon the sauce over the chicken and enjoy.
