Step 1
Add your quinoa to 200ml boiling water and a pinch of salt and cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes
Step 2
Then take off the heat and cover for another 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork
Step 3
Chop your strawberries and feta, and add to a salad base with a drizzle of olive oil
Step 4
Top with a protein source of your choice or add to another meal!
