Challah and Babka Bread
The dough recipe is the same for both!
Don’t forget to cut dough in 3 pieces out of bread maker. Braid your challah (don’t roll out) and place on sheet pan with parchment. roll your babka with a pin, spread your flavour (I did espresso chocolate) roll up, cut that roll in 2, then twist and put in a bread pan. Egg wash the top of each loaf
