Step 1
The bread im using is a large fluffy Turkish flatbread . You can substitute another fluffy kind of bread if you cant find this one . Cut a circle leaving a 1 1/2 inch border around the outside then scoop out the bread and make a kind of bread bowl .

Add the bread to a large bowl and crumble up into fine crumbs then add butter garlic beaten eggs chopped parsley and 1 cup of the cheese . Mozzarella is a perfect substitute if you cant get kashkaval cheese . Season with a little salt and pepper and mix until fully combined

Step 3
Put the cheese filling into the bread bowl and smooth it out then tip with the remaining cheese . Bake at 200 c / 400 f fan setting for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has a beautiful golden color ! Enjoy !
