Instructions
Step 1
Mix the milk and vinegar and let sit 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined.
Step 3
Place all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 4
Add the wet to the dry and mix until combined. Do not over mix, there should be a few lumps in the batter.
Step 5
Heat a skillet to 325 or 350. Grease it with whipped slated butter.
Step 6
Spoon rough circles of lumpy batter. (Resist the urge to stir the batter further.)
Step 7
Flip the pancakes when bubbles appear and the pancakes appear set.
Step 8
Heat until cooked through.
Step 9
Serve with butter and maple syrup.
