Instructions

Step 1
1. Cut bread into 1/2 inch slices. Brush both sides with oil. Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. Set aside to cool. 2. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, lemon, pepper and oil in large bowl until smooth; refrigerate until needed. 3. Rub garlic over both sides of each bread slice. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. 4. Cut romaine heads in half length wise. Grill about 5 minutes or until wilted and slightly browned on each side. Place each half on a salad plate, drizzle with dress and toss on the croutons. Finish with a sprinkle of cheese.
