Chicken skewers with yoghurt dip and salad

Instructions
Step 1
Make the chicken by combining the chicken, garlic, oil and lemon and season with salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2
Once marinated thread onto skewers and cook on a bbq or grill until cooked through, this should take around 20 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile make the yoghurt dip by combining the yoghurt, mint, parsley and cucumber and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve the chicken with the yoghurt with a side salad of rocket, onion and tomatoes.
