You’re craving a sweet and classic dessert? You’re gonna need some silicon shapes and a rice cooker for this one.

Instructions
Step 1
- Mix butter and sugar until soft. Add gradually: eggs, flour and lastly milk. Add toppings and lemon zest if you like it.
Step 2
Place your favourite topping sauce or granola in the bottom on the silicone containers and pour all the mix on top.
Step 3
Place the silicone containers in a rice cooker and steam with enough water (about 200ml) for 1h 30minutes.
Step 4
Once it’s ready you can eat it cold or warm. Enjoy!
