¾ cupMonterey jack cheese
shredded
¾ cupSharp cheddar cheese
shredded
¼ cupCilantro
¾ cupSour cream
½ tspGarlic powder
½ cupBlack olives
10 ozTortilla chips
½ tspGarlic salt
¼ tspSmoked paprika
1 ½ tspChile powder
1 cupCanned black beans
rinsed, drained
¼ tspKosher salt
¼ tspGround pepper
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
Step 2
2. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, stirring often to break up the meat, 7 to 9 min. Pour off any standing liquid. Add the chili powder, garlic powder, garlic salt, paprika, kosher salt, pepper and 2 tbsp. Water and stir to fully combine. Remove from the heat.

3. Spread the chips of the sheet pan. Spoon generous portions of the meat on top, followed by the cheese and the black beans.
Step 4
4. Bake until the cheeses are melted and golden, 12 to 15 min. Top with avocado, sour cream, black olives, green onions, and cilantro and serve at once with salsa and lime wedges.
