Instructions

Step 1
1. Add water yeast and pinch of sugar in bowl and let rest 5-10 minutes
Step 2
2. Add remaining sugar, salt, oil and 3 c flour and mix
Step 3
3. Add in remaining flour little by little and mix till dough is elastic and smooth and not sticky.
Step 4
4. Kneed dough 4-5 minutes
Step 5
Place in large bowl greased and covered hour and a half to let rise
Step 6
Punch dough down, divide into even balls place into greased loaf pans and allow to rise one hour covered
Step 7
7. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
