Instructions
Step 1
Cut salmon into bite-size pieces. Place into bowl and coat with 2 tablespoons of hot honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 2
In separate bowl, put the Panko breadcrumbs Parmesan cheese, some salt, pepper, a generous amount of garlic powder, and some smoked paprika.
Step 3
Coat the salmon bites in the bread crumb mixture. Place the bites into your air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 400° for seven minutes.
Step 4
While cooking make your mango salsa. Chop up mango, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, avocado. Add lime, salt, pepper, garlic powder and red chili flakes if desired.
Step 5
Serve over rice of your choice with soy sauce drizzle. Then mango salsa on top of the rice and salmon bites on top with a drizzle of hot honey.
