Step 1
In your food processor, add cashews and cover with water. Juice your lime and add all ingredients excluding kale. Leave to soak for an hour.

Step 4
Massage in your cheesy liquid to your kale, evenly coating
Step 5
Place evenly on dehydrator trays and set to 11hours at 60 degrees
