Easy Avocado Feta Dip. Less than 10 ingredients, and quick to make. Loaded with avocado, tomatoes, red onion, feta and parsley (or use cilantro!). This dip is a must for any occasion and is always a hit with friends and family.

Ingredients
4 servings

2avocados
ripe medium, fleshed and diced

4 ouncesfeta
block will yield best taste and texture

3Roma tomatoes
medium, seeded and diced

⅓ cupred onion
diced

2cloves garlic
minced

½ cupparsley
chopped, or cilantro

1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
or white vinegar

½ teaspoonfine sea salt
or to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure your avocados aren’t too soft so they hold their texture better.
Step 2
4oz block of feta into cubes.
Step 3
In a medium bowl add diced avocado, feta, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley or cilantro, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
together ingredients with large spoon until combined. Be careful not to mash avocado.
Step 5
Transfer dip to serving bowl, serve with crackers, chips, flatbread or on its own.
