Instructions

Step 1
Randomly cut all tomatoes, into different sizes and place them in a bowl, chop basil and add to the tomatoes mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
For the feta dip place, all ingredients except the chilli in a bowl mix well making sure to bash up your feta cheese as you mix.
Step 3
Now place your tomato salad in one bowl to serve and your feta dip in a separate ramekin and sprinkle with finely diced fresh chilli and a glug of extra virgin olive oil.
