3romaine hearts
1 bagcarrots
Shredded
2avocado
garlic salt
Cherry tomatoes
chopped in half
Feta
with Mediterranean herbs
brown rice
Lemon herb dressing
Instructions
Step 1
For the dressing, blend all the ingredients in a blender
Step 2
Chop lettuce
Step 3
Chop tomatoes in half
Step 4
Cut Avocado in half and Sprinkle garlic salt on and mush. Each salad will get half an Avocado
Step 5
Cook brown rice
Step 6
Put lettuce in bowl and put some dressing on top (light ammount)
Step 7
Add shredded carrots, rice, romatoes, feta, and Avocado to bowl
Step 8
Top with a little more dressing and pepper
