Chick Pea Salad

This same salad can be combined with cooked orzo and turned into a cold pasta salad.

Instructions

Step 1
The Salad: Fine chop cucumber, green onion, red pepper, & sliced cherry tomatoes. Add 1 can of drained and rinsed chick peas. Crumble feta generously. Throw some grated lemon zest in there if you’re feeling zesty.
Step 2
Loosely based on @bakedbymelissa dressing: Mix lemon juice, white or red wine vinegar, olive oil, chopped garlic, garlic powder, dried oregano, Tahini, nutritional yeast, and Miso paste. Blend well, either with whisk or immersion blender. (Makes plenty extra)
