A mishmash of different recipes, trying to figure out the best way to use a can of salmon I got on sale... Not sure about the amount of spelt flour needed, or whether it would be better to use quick oats.

Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
Step 2
Form 6 equal-sized patties that are about 1/2-inch thick.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan at medium-high heat. Place the patties in the pan and fry each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Feel free to reduce the heat if they are getting browned too quickly. The patties should be golden brown when cooked through.
Step 4
Serve warm with condiments of choice (suggestions: ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, Greek yogurt-lemon sauce).
