Instructions
Step 1
Brew coffee then add Grand Marnier. Set aside in refrigerator.

Wisk egg whites to stiff peaks

Wisk together yokes and sugar until fluffy and sugar is desolved.
Step 4
Add Marscapone and continue to wisk until fluffy.
Step 5
Fold egg whites in to cheese fluff bottom to top without loosing fluff.
Step 6
Sift chocolate powder in square dish.
Step 7
Roll ladyfingers in coffee fairly quickly. Add to pan space is ok.
Step 8
Add a layer of egg, cheese mixture.
Step 9
Repeat with ladyfingers ending with egg, cheese mixture.
Step 10
Then sift chocolate powder on top.
