Grilled flatbread for days it’s too hot to cook indoors! Top with whatever you like or eat plain with dip.

Instructions

Step 1
Add ingredients into bread machine pan in order listed. Run dough setting. Alternatively use a stand mixer with dough hook or knead by hand approx 8-10 minutes & let rise approx 1h until dough has doubled in size. Flip dough out only a lightly floured surface and cut into 6 pieces. Roll flat with rolling pin and place between wax or parchment paper if stacking so they don’t stick together. Preheat grill to medium. Brush bread with olive oil on one side and place oiled side down on grill. Carefully/quickly brush other side with oil. After a few minutes check the under side of the bread by lifting with a spatula to see if it looks cooked and has grill marks. Flip over and add toppings if using, then close the bbq lid. Cook a few minutes longer until the bottom starts to crisp. Remove from grill and let stand a few minutes before cutting and serving.
