Step 1
Chop the onion into a 1/4-inch dice. Dice the pastrami or whatever mix of deli you prefer. Add the olive oil to a preheated frying pan and sauté the onion over medium heat until lightly golden. This will take five minutes or less. Add the deli to the pan and continue to cook an additional five minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the barbecue sauce over the flatbread. Top with the deli onion mixture. Bake 400F Bake the flatbread for 15-20 minutes, uncovered. Drizzle the pastrami pizza with spicy mayo sauce and top with shredded arugula or spring mix. Allow the pastrami pizza flatbread to cool for five minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
