Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 475 F.
Step 2
Spray a 14-inch pizza pan or a 12 x 17-inch baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 3
Roll out dough then fit it into pan.
Step 4
Blend ricotta, 1 tsp rosemary and chili flakes; spread mixture onto dough.
Step 5
Sprinkle on remaining cheeses.
Step 6
Add grape halves (most cut-side up), pressing in lightly.
Step 7
Place prosciutto around.
Step 8
Sprinkle remaining rosemary and green onions over all.
Step 9
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on middle rack, or until browned and bubbling.
Step 10
Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
