Delicious soft, buttery, doughy pretzels. Easy to reheat. Also good wrapped around hot dogs for pretzel dogs.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Heat milk to 100-110 degrees, pour into large bowl. Add sugar and yeast
Step 2
Let yeast bloom for 10 mins. Add salt, butter, half of the flour and stir. Then add in remaining flour and mix. Some lumps are fine
Step 3
Lightly flour counter and knead dough 2-3 mins. Dough will be soft. Add dough to lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place 1 hr.
Step 4
Heat water to near boil, remove from heat and dissolve baking soda, set aside
Step 5
Cut risen dough into 6 pieces, roll out and form into pretzels.
Step 6
Place each pretzel into the baking soda water for 15 - 30 seconds, remove and place onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt
Step 7
Bake in a 450 degree oven for 9-11 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter
