Instructions
Step 1
1. Marinate the paneer with salt, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black salt and ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
Step 2
2. Take a kadai or tawa, add oil, mustard oil, cumin, hing and onions. Saute till golden brown. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute.

3. Add tomato puree along with some water, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder,I and kashmiri chilli powder. Let it cook.

4. Once the masala cooks properly, add handful of coriander leaves and some cream. Mix well.

5. Now make some space in the centre, add oil/ghee and add the marinated paneer. Cook from both sides till light golden.

6. Once done, mix it with the masala, top with some

coriander leaves, kasuri methi, garam masala, some water to adjust the consistency and pinch of sugar.

Cook till oil rises.
