Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the meat sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Then add the marinated chicken. Fry for about 3min. Then remove from the pan.
Sauce
Step 5
Dice the onion. Mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 6
In the same pan heat the oil. Leave the heat on medium. Add the onion, garlic, ginger and seasoning. Fry for 3-4min.
Step 7
Then add the tomato sauce. Cook for another 5min.
Step 8
Now add the heavy cream. Bring the sauce to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low and put the lid on. Let it simmer for 10min.
Rice
Step 9
Meanwhile cook the rice according to package instructions.
Wrap
Step 10
Place half of the rice on the center of the wrap.
Step 11
Pure half of the sauce onto the rice.
Step 12
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 13
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
