Instructions

Step 1
1. Melt butter over M-L heat in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic and seasonings to butter.

2. Preheat oven to 350f

3. Slice biscuits in half so they form 2 pizza shapes (if using a different dough either shape it into small circles, or flatten and fold into pockets) and fill center with a small amount of cheese, pepperoni, and sauce.
Step 4
4. Keeping the outside of the dough as dry as possible, seal up the dough ball and pinch the edges together tightly. Place seal-side down on a lined baking tray.
Step 5
5. Brush calzone sliders with garlic butter and dust with parmesan and red chili flakes (optional)
Step 6
6. Bake 12-18m or until golden.
