Instructions

Dough:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Dissolve yeast and warm water and set aside for 5 minutes

Add all the rest of the ingredients into a mixer and then slowly add in the yeast water mixture while mixing on low

Once the dough is fully formed let sit for 1 hour

Fillings:

Assembling Rugelach:

Divide dough into six and only use what you need

Roll out the dough till thin

Pour oil and spread out over the dough and then place the filling on top

Cut into triangles and start rolling each on from fat side down

Let rise for another 1/2 hour

Once done egg the rugelach and place in the oven for 25 minutes
