Taco Mixture

1yellow bell pepper
diced

1red bell pepper
diced

1yellow onion

450glean ground beef

3 Tbsptaco seasoning
homemade

1 Tbspadobo sauce
or hot sauce

50gwater
Mac n Cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion and bell peppers. Add to pan over medium heat and cook until soft/caramelized (5 mins). If they stick to pan, add a bit of water. In a separate pot, begin boiling water for pasta.






Step 2
Set veggies to the side and add ground beef to pan. Cook beef until browned. Prepare taco sauce by mixing taco seasoning, adobo sauce and water.







Step 3
Add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente.


Step 4
Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, laughing cow wedges and cheddar powder and microwave for 30 - 45 seconds to melt. Then blend mixture until smooth







Step 5
Once pasta is done, drain and let cool for 1 - 2minutes. ~This will help prevent the cheese sauce from separating.
Step 6
Pour in cheese sauce over pasta and mix in taco beef until combined.
