What it says on the tin. This can be made with any protein you like. I just happened to use turkey when I made this the other night.

Step 1
Boil a kettle
Step 2
Dissolve stock cubes in 200ml hot water.
Step 3
Heat garlic infused oil over medium-high heat in a sauce pan with a lid.
Step 4
Brown minced turkey
Step 5
Add chicken stock, tomato, green onions, taco seasoning, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper to the pan.
Step 6
Let simmer for 30 minutes; covered but slightly ventilated.
Step 7
Meanwhile, grate the cheese.
Step 8
Serve chili with grated cheese & a dollop of sour cream.
