Instructions

Spinach

Step 1
Remove the stems from the spinach.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the spinach and fry until it has fully shrunk in size. Then season with salt and pepper.

Fried pear

Step 3
Slice the pear. Use 3 slices without the stem or remove the stem from the center.
Step 4
Slice the Camembert.
Step 5
Melt the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the pear slices and fry for about 2 min until slightly brown.
Step 6
Flip the pear slices. Season with thyme. Then place the Camembert on top. Season with pepper and fry for another 2min.

Burrito

Step 7
Chop the walnuts.
Step 8
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with mayonnaise.
Step 9
Top it with the walnuts, spinach and pear slices.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast on all sides. Enjoy!
