Instructions

Roasted chickpeas

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Add the chickpeas to a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degree circulation for about 30-40min until crispy.

Quinoa

Step 3
Cook the quinoa according package instructions.

Spinach

Step 4
Remove the stems from the spinach.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a pan. Reduce the heat to medium high. Add the spinach and fry until it has shrunk in size completely. Season with salt and pepper.

Sauce

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Wrap

Step 7
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the sauce.
Step 8
Top it with the quinoa, spinach and chickpeas.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
