Step 1
cover eggs with cold water. bring to a boil. turn off heat and cover. allow to sit 10 minutes
Step 2
mash about half chickpeas with greek yogurt, egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, and spices
Step 3
dice egg whites and combine with zucchini and remaining chickpeas. mix in mashed mixture.
