Instructions
Step 1
Prep: Preheat oven to 176°C. Grease a 9×13 non-stick baking pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon.
Step 3
In a second medium bowl, whisk together wet ingredients: eggs, oil and pumpkin until well combined.
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Step 5
Transfer to prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 min, or until a toothpick poked in the centre comes out clean.
