3 steps
Prep:15minCook:10min
Susana, our Hungarian friend, brought this to us after I came home from the hospital after having our baby. I really liked it, it has such a unique flavor and texture. She taught me how to make it and shared the recipe with us.
This photo is not of this exact recipe, but it looks very similar. This photo is from https://prettysimplesweet.com/chocolate-salami/

Instructions
Step 1
Put the water to boil. Add sugar, butter and cocoa into boiling water. Add handful of chocolate chips too.
Step 2
Add crushed animal crackers (roughly ground in food processor) to large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over animal crackers. Add in nuts, raisins and coconut. Gently stir together.
Step 3
Lay out 3 large pieces of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Equally distribute cookie dough onto each foil (into three separate portions). Mold into 3 rolls, ensuring that coconut coating. Allow to cool and then place in freezer. Best texture and taste if sliced and eaten frozen! :)
