Step 1
Fry the chicken in frying pan until a bit browned. Shred. Put back in pan and season with the cholula sauces and spices. Leave to one side.

Cut up lettuce. Get sour cream, and more grated cheddar, ready.
Step 3
Make white sauce. Melt butter in small pan. Stir in flour and cook for a minute. Turn off heat and add milk. Stir with whisk. Turn on heat and stir with whisk until it thickens. Add more milk if necessary. Allow to boil for 2 min. Stir in cheddar and Red Leicester.
Step 4
Assemble:
Reheat the chicken and cheese sauce. Put a large wrap on a plate, and add in the middle:
a heaped tablespoon of chicken a dollop of cheese sauce
a crunchy taco snapped in half
a couple of teaspoons of sour cream
a handful of lettuce
a sprinkling of grated cheddar
a small wrap Wet a large margin at the edge of the small wrap with water. Fold the large wrap over the edge of the small wrap. Carefully place it, folded side down, in a clean frying pan and cook on hot for a few mins til the folds have sealed and the wrap is slightly toasted. Flip the wrap and toast the other side. Cut in half with a sharp knife.
