Instructions

Step 1
Add chicken, herbs, celery, 1 onion and head of garlic to instant pot in soup bag
Step 2
Add water to cover everything with 1 tsp salt and some pepper.
Step 3
Cook on high for 45 minutes if chicken is frozen.
Step 4
Add the rest of the chopped veggies, 1 tbs salt and more pepper. Fill water to the line.
Step 5
Cook for another 30 minutes
Step 6
Take out soup bags, discard herbs. Shred chicken and add back to soup.
