Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar together.
Step 2
Add 1 egg at a time and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Mix in the banana.
Step 4
In a second mixing bowl: mix flour, baking soda, salt, walnuts, and baking powder.
Step 5
Add to banana mix and stir until just combined (moist).
Step 6
Pour into greased oven bread pan. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
