Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
in large saucepan over medium-high heat, add the oil onions and tofu. Saute for 5 minutes
Step 3
Add prunes, curry powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, cloves, red pepper flakes and cook for 3 minutes
Step 4
add the coconut milk, tomato paste, salt & pepper
Step 5
transfer to a baking dish and cook for 30 minutws
