Ingredients

500gpasta

1onion
finely chopped

2cloves garlic
finely chopped

200gspinach
fresh

1 handfulbasil

1 handfulparsley

2 dlvegetable broth

50gparmesan

lemon zest

salt

pepper
For the serving
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan and sautΓ© the onion and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the spinach, basil and parsley. Let it collapse in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the content of the pan into a blender together with the broth and parmesan. Blend it well, until you have a soft and smooth cream.
Step 4
Pour the sauce back into the pan on medium heat and season with lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Poul in the pasta to the sauce, preferably with a little pasta water. Turn it around a bit, making sure the pasta absorb as much sauce as possible.
Step 6
Serve with freshly grated parmesan, freshly ground pepper and toasted pine nuts.
