Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to broil.
Step 2
Cut salmon into bite size ( 1.5 inch). In a bowl, add salmon, Cajun seasoning and olive oil. Mix well.
Step 3
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon on baking sheet.
Step 4
Broil 8-10 minutes. ( Watch carefully and do not burn salmon. ) Put in a bowl.
Step 5
For the bang bang sauce, mix mayo, sriracha, sweet chili.
Step 6
Pour bang bang sauce over salmon.
Step 7
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
