0.5zucchini
0.5yellow bell pepper
0.5eggplant
0.5red onion
4cherry tomatoes
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
1 tspdried oregano

Instructions
Grilled vegetables
Step 1
Slice the vegetables.
Step 2
Add the vegetables to a backing tray and season. Mix well.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 200 degree for about 30-40min.

Cut the ciabatta in half. Spread both sides with 1tsp olive oil each. Roast until golden brown.
Step 5
Spread the bottom half with pesto.
Step 6
Tear the Burrata apart and place it on the bottom half.
Step 7
Top it wir the grilled vegetables.
Step 8
Drizzle on the olive oil and balsamic cream.
Step 9
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
