Obsessed is an understatement to how much I love this recipe! I make it at least once a week and serve it with a big dollop of coconut yoghurt. Healthy and hearty enough to enjoy for breakfast or dessert.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Step 2
Mix together base ingredients and transfer to a glass baking dish.
Step 3
Mix together crumble ingredients, sprinkle over the berry base and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the berries are gooey and the crumble is golden and crisp.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and serve warm with coconut yoghurt. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
