Single Serve Blueberry Breakfast Crumble with my favourite coconut yoghurt it's honestly a match made in heaven! This one is dairy-free, vegan and super simple to make.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180•c
Step 2
In an oven proof bowl add blueberries, sweetener and flour.
Step 3
Mix and set aside.
Step 4
To another bowl combine crumble until there are no dry bits. If needed add a drop of milk or maple syrup. Top the blueberries.
Step 5
Bake for approx. 18-22 mins. Serve warm with coconut yoghurt, I love the vanilla one.
