DAY 5 of VEGANUARY | Breakfast crumble ๐Ÿ’ You guys know how I feel about turning desserts into healthy & higher protein breakfasts and this vegan brekkie was no exception. 30g protein, ready in just 20 minutes and simply DELECTABLE. Single serving. โž• 30g jumbo oats โž• 15g soy isolate protein โž• 1 tsp maple syrup โž• 1 tsp coconut oil, melted โž• 3 tbsps water* โž• 200g frozen berries of choice โž• 10g soy isolate protein โž• 1 squeeze vanilla flavdrops *this will help form the crumble into clumps, but you may need to adjust the amount depending on the type of protein powder you use. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Bake for 20 minutes at 180 and serve up with vegan yoghurt.
