Breakfast crumble
DAY 5 of VEGANUARY | Breakfast crumble π
You guys know how I feel about turning desserts into healthy & higher protein breakfasts and this vegan brekkie was no exception. 30g protein, ready in just 20 minutes and simply DELECTABLE.
Single serving.
β 30g jumbo oats
β 15g
soy isolate protein
β 1 tsp maple syrup
β 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
β 3 tbsps water*
β 200g frozen berries of choice
β 10g
soy isolate protein
β 1 squeeze vanilla flavdrops
*this will help form the crumble into clumps, but you may need to adjust the amount depending on the type of protein powder you use.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 and serve up with vegan yoghurt. ENJOY π€
