½ csun dried tomatoes packed in oil
drained and oil reserved
4 ozCrumbled Feta
⅓ cpine nuts
toasted
2 Tbspfresh dill
chopped

Salad
Step 1
Toss all salad ingredients
Vinaigrette
Step 2
Heat large skillet over med high. Add bacon, garlic and rosemary and cook, stirring often, til bacon is crisp, 4-5 min.
Step 3
Remove and discard garlic and rosemary. Drain off all but 1 Tbsp bacon grease. Whisk in rest of dressing ingredients
Step 4
Drizzle, toss, serve
