Instructions
Step 1
Cut beef into large cubes, marinate with sesame oil and black pepper and salt

Prepare side dishes and condiments: ssamjang with cilantro, lettuce, garlic chunks, sesame oil with salt and pepper
Step 3
Make pajeori: 100g green onion into long thin slices, put into ice bath, pat dry, mix with 2 tsp gochugaru, 1 tbp soy sauce, 1/2 tbp vinegar, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbp sesame oil. Note: serve immediately.
Step 4
Heat up griddle on high, sear steaks for 30 sec, turn heat to medium high. Until all sides browned and fat tendered.
Step 5
Grill pork cheek on medium high until golden brown and fat rendered.
